Bringing communities together through a more personable form of currency.
Before the convenience of ordering services with a press of a button, communities relied on neighborly kindness and shared resources. COMMON, an innovative mobile app, combines modern technology with these traditional values, fostering stronger community bonds. By using a point-based system, COMMON allows users to exchange services and skills, creating a more connected, supportive community and preventing the isolation often caused by capitalism.

Unique selling point
The majority of service applications currently on the market primarily focus on finding someone to do a service for you for a fee and nothing in return. COMMON stands out due to it's ability to strengthen communities, and have it's primary intention on steering away from capitalism and relying on your neighbors.

On Boarding
According to our user research, creating an account needed to be a key feature of the platform due to mistrust and uncerntanty. When logging in you are asked to verify yourself and your credentials, along with your background.
Users that break the terms and conditions of the app will be fined, and the points will still be rewarded to the other user.
Homepage / Users feed
Once creating an account, the user is brought to the homepage that shows a calander of their upcoming trades and a feed of current trades in their community.

Finding a service
After the user scrolls through their feed they can click the search icon in the menu bar to request a service they are looking for.
Requesting a service
After the user finds the person they would like to trade points for a service, they can look through their profile and send them a request. They later can go back and cancel the request via the messaging tab.
Recieving a request
When the user recieves a request, a notification bubble will appear on their messaging tab. When the messaging tab is opened they can see who the request is from and look through their profile. The user can either accept the request or deny it.
In the future...
With more time and resources the common app would connect to users social medias to promote their business / expertise and expand marketing for the app.
